Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Dishroom Team Member to join our team at Queen's Hospitality Services.

This is a part-time opportunity that requires flexibility, including days, evenings and weekends.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of dishes, equipment and environments we work in. They will ensure all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized. Additionally, they will maintain the dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas clean.

The ideal candidate must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals and be available to work flexible hours. This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
  • Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas clean.
  • Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management.
  • Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
  • Ensure security of company assets.
Requirements
  • Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
  • Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
