Job Description

We are seeking an Agriculture Finance Assistant to join our team. As an Agriculture Finance Assistant, you will support our team in offering financing solutions and industry knowledge to our customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the agriculture industry and its financial needs. You will also need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:



  • Supporting our team in offering financing solutions and industry knowledge to our customers
  • Working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions
  • Assisting in the preparation of loan documents and performing administrative tasks
  • Gaining hands-on experience in the agriculture finance industry

We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about the agriculture industry and has a strong desire to learn and succeed. You will need to have a drive to learn and succeed, strong communication skills, a team-focused approach, and the ability to multi-task and make informed decisions.


To be eligible for this role, you will need to have completed at least one year of your post-secondary degree program, be enrolled in a post-secondary program for a degree in agriculture, business, or commerce, and have an anticipated course load of at least 3 classes the following semester after your FCC term. You will also need to be available to work from May 1 to August 22, 2025.


Salary: $45,000 per year. Benefits include a comprehensive health and dental plan, a retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
