Nurse Care Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at RhynoCare Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents in a variety of long-term and acute care facilities in the Victoria Harbour area.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, physician orders, and resident care plans.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
- Ensure timely and safe resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Manage and maintain the supply, control, and safekeeping of medications and narcotics.
**Requirements**
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Ability to work with individuals with infectious diseases.
- BLS Certificate and valid First Aid & CPR.
- Proof of current immunizations for MMRV and negative TB skin test within one year.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shift times, including 8- and 12-hour shifts.
- Willingness to float to different units within a hospital, as needed.
