Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Team Lead to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our accounting team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to team members on financial matters.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments as required.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
