Position Overview

The Audiologist will provide leadership in the care of clients, contributing to the assessment, planning, development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of care related to the profession of Audiology.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and identify clients with varying ages and diverse diagnoses
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address hearing and speech needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Audiology from an accredited institution
  • Active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba
  • Eligibility for membership in Speech-Language and Audiology Canada
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions

  • Must be in good physical and mental health
  • Must be able to work under stress and time constraints
