We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Tonys Grill House Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain our high standards
- Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-functioning kitchen
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient service
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure seamless service
We specialize in East Indian and Halal cuisine, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality dishes to our customers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities- Attention to detail is essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and service
- Fast-paced environment requires strong organizational and time management skills
- Standing for extended periods is a requirement of this role
- Organized and methodical approach to work is essential
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Permanent position with a minimum of 40 to 50 hours per week
