About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining office procedures.
  • They will also be responsible for answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
  • In addition, they will supervise office and volunteer staff, manage contracts, and maintain inventory.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
