Job Title: Butcher - Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Meat Cutter to join our team at MEDGRACEL FILIPINO AND ASIAN STORE. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
  • Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Willing to relocate
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Work under pressure
  • Physically demanding
