About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Noverka Conseil. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with our business stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs, develop solutions, and implement changes to improve business processes and operations.
  • Risk Management: Analyze and mitigate risks associated with business operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Archer Configuration: Configure and maintain Archer, our risk management and compliance platform, to ensure seamless integration with our business operations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
  • Archer Expertise: Proven experience with Archer, including configuration, customization, and maintenance.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
