Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Associate to join our team in Cambridge, Ontario. This role involves building positive relationships with customers, resolving issues efficiently, and providing accurate delivery information.
Key Responsibilities:- Build collaborative relationships with customers, team members, and management.
- Apply procedures and processes to answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer questions and concerns.
- Provide accurate delivery information to customers.
- Review customer account information during each call to ensure accuracy and update system information as needed.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- One year of previous customer service experience, preferably in a telephone contact environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, independently, and multitask using computer systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel is required, and experience with ADDS or similar billing/ticketing system is an asset.
