Job Title: Parts Service SupervisorJob Summary:

The Parts Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail service establishment. This includes coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational logistics.
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure the efficient maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Arrange training for staff and facilitate their social and labour market integration.
