About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Mushroom Farm Labourer to join our team at H.Q. Mushroom Farm Ltd. in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hand harvesting vegetables and other crops
  • Picking row and orchard crops
  • Loading, unloading, and transferring crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a rural area, exposed to various weather conditions, including wet/damp environments, odours, and dusty conditions.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding work, requiring handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods
  • Ability to distinguish between colours and perform repetitive tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fruit and vegetable harvesting
  • Knowledge of equipment and machinery, including fruit and vegetable harvesters
  • Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing work conditions
