Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to join our team at Ste Pharmacy Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. Your primary duties will include sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, disinfecting operating rooms and other areas, handling and reporting lost and found items, picking up debris and emptying trash containers, and performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for washing windows, walls and ceilings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Available for shift or on-call work
  • Available for the advertised start date
  • Legally able to work in Canada
