About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Work Health Consultant to join our team. As a Work Health Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic growth and development services to our organization, focusing on healthcare policy, program management, and project development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide analytical and advisory services to senior management on healthcare policy and program development.
  • Manage and coordinate projects and programs to ensure successful implementation and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in a healthcare-related field, such as health policy, health administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare policy, program management, or project development.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
