We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee & Labour Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture team at Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL). As a member of our team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing labour relations strategies that support our company's goals and objectives.



About the Role

This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. While this role is open to remote applicants, preference will be given to candidates local to Saskatchewan.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement labour relations strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on labour relations matters
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform labour relations decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with labour relations legislation and regulations


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as labour relations, human resources, or industrial relations
  • Proven experience in labour relations, preferably in a unionized environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
