We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Associate to join our team at Reliable Trucking Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing general ledgers, journal entries, and managing accounts receivable and payable.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. You will work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare general ledger, journal entry, and manage accounts receivable and payable.
  • Manage payroll and invoice clients.
  • Perform clerical duties such as maintaining filing and record systems.
  • Utilize MS Excel and Word skills to perform tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting.
  • Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work setting: Trucking company.
