Front Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Calgary Software Developers. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing information and assistance to clients regarding company policies, procedures, and services.
- Scheduling appointments and confirming client details.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and files.
- Performing various administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
You will also be expected to:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
