Description:

Aviso Wealth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Systems and Analytics Lead to join our People and Culture team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for strategy, implementation, support, and maintenance of HR systems. Your expertise will help us improve our financial well-being of Canadians.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, policies, best practices, and the employee journey. You will analyze HRIS performance, ensure data and integrations are maintained, and resolve system issues. Additionally, you will lead technical and functional requirements and configuration, ensuring system and data audits, and control processes are put in place.

This role requires advanced knowledge of Workday modules (HCM Core, Talent Management/Acquisition, Performance, Compensation, Time Tracking) and their impact on modular inter-connected systems. You will also create and manage HR analytics and reporting, experience in data validation and auditing techniques, and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

You will lead training sessions for end users, lead/support projects as required, and oversee and manage all audit and data quality control processes for maintaining data integrity and security of HR systems. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is crucial in this role.

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in an HRIS role with experience in all phases of the implementation lifecycle in HR systems projects
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience implementing Workday HCM
  • Workday Pro and Workday Pro Security Certifications
  • Experience in creating and managing HR analytics and reporting
  • Experience in data validation and auditing techniques
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, best practices, and the employee journey
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects through application of project management principles and practices
  • Solid analytical and critical thinking skills

Bonus Offer: This position is posted with an estimated salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 CAD annually, based on factors such as your qualifications, experience, and the requirements of the position.
