Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled Dining Service Professional to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food and beverages, greeting patrons, addressing complaints, and working in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks.



Responsibilities:



  • Addressing Customer Complaints:

    • Listens attentively to customer concerns and resolves issues promptly and professionally.
    • Takes ownership of resolving customer complaints and ensures a positive experience for all guests.

  • Serving Specialty Food and Advising on Menu Selections:

    • Provides menu recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary requirements.
    • Ensures accurate and efficient delivery of orders to customers.

  • Clearing and Cleaning Tables, Trays, and Chairs:

    • Ensures tables, trays, and chairs are clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
    • Follows established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

  • Taking Orders and Relaying to Kitchen and Bar Staff:

    • Takes orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are communicated to kitchen and bar staff.
    • Verifies order accuracy before delivering to customers.

  • Assisting Clients with Special Needs:

    • Provides support and accommodations for guests with disabilities or special requirements.
    • Ensures accessibility and inclusivity for all customers.

  • Providing Customer Service:

    • Provides exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and exceeding expectations.
    • Maintains a professional demeanor and adheres to company standards.
