Riverside Dental seeks an experienced Administrative and Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our office. Key responsibilities include determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee the analysis of employee data and information, answer electronic enquiries, order office supplies, and maintain inventory. A permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week, this role requires a high level of organizational and communication skills.
