Strategic Sales Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sales Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales program management.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a strong background in sales support or order management, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven sales programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales programs that meet business objectives
- Collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Analyzing sales data to inform strategic decisions
- Providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support or order management
- A strong understanding of sales processes and promotion-related programs
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
