Job Description

At ABS Truck and Trailers Parts Ltd., we are seeking a highly organized and reliable Inventory Control Supervisor to join our supply chain operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Arrange training for staff to enhance their knowledge of inventory management and control procedures
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize inventory management and control
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
