Senior AI Design Lead for Microsoft Teams

Job Description:
As a Senior AI Design Lead, you will be responsible for producing high-quality designs, mockups, and solutions related to AI and Copilot functionalities. You will work on complex problems, analyze business requirements, and generate technical specifications for software components and applications. Your expertise in Figma, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft 365 Suite will enable you to design, implement, and support solutions using industry best practices. Ensure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met while adapting to changes in an evolving environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2 years of experience in product design, BA degree in Human-Centered Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or User Experience Design, strong portfolio showcasing pixel-perfect designs, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to problem solve and communicate solutions effectively. Must-have skills include experience with Figma (minimum 2 years), experience with design planning tools like Azure DevOps (minimum 1 year), and experience with Microsoft 365 Suite including Outlook and Teams (minimum 1 year).
