About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at AV Advisory & Investments Ltd. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
