Customer Service Representative

Starlink Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring efficient and courteous arrivals and departures of aircraft, and coordinating with line service agents to deliver seamless experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Ensure efficient and courteous arrivals and departures of aircraft
- Coordinate with line service agents to deliver seamless experiences
- Assist customers with requested services such as fueling, catering, and securing hangar space
- Provide hotel and transportation accommodations as needed
- Some customer support experience dealing with complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written
- Good writing and communication abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to pick up new technology quickly
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently
- Courtesy, discretion, and efficiency towards customers

- Training period: weekdays
