Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accuracy and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that food and service meet our rigorous standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Work Environment

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
