Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Dining Establishment Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our restaurant run smoothly, from front-of-house operations to kitchen management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer expectations
  • Conduct performance reviews with staff to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training as needed
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best prices and terms
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue streams
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and retain customers
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
