We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Grey Bruce region. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their homes, providing integrated therapy services and promoting client safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop therapy care plans based on client needs and goals
  • Provide complex preventative or corrective actions to solve problems that interfere with clients' ability to perform daily activities
  • Partner with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals
  • Utilize a hybrid model of care, including face-to-face and virtual sessions, to build a schedule that works for you and your clients

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized post-secondary program in Occupational Therapy
  • Current active registration and good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
