About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Indian Cuisine Operations to join our team at Bombay Masala Indian Restaurant Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to maintain high standards in our kitchen and dining areas.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times to guarantee a safe working environment for our staff and customers.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, providing solutions to resolve issues and enhance their overall experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and satisfied with their visit.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to optimize efficiency and productivity in our restaurant.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of staff members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and protocols, as well as knowledge of food safety practices.
