Job Description

The Risk Assessment Consultant will work with insurance companies to assess commercial and residential properties, identifying potential risks and providing recommendations for loss prevention. This role requires a thorough understanding of property assessment and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site assessments of commercial and residential properties to identify potential risks and hazards.
  • Develop detailed reports outlining assessment findings and recommendations for loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Travel extensively throughout a region, requiring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet productivity goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in internal systems.
Accountabilities
  • Deliver high-quality reports that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Contribute to team revenue goals through effective risk assessment and consulting services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in risk assessment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in insurance, construction, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in risk assessment, underwriting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
