About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Specialist to join our Thrive Wealth Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic wealth advice and planning to new and existing clients
  • Build and maintain a book of business, including existing client relationships and new business development
  • Work closely with our credit union partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans and strategies for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • 3+ years of investment and financial services experience
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results
  • IFIC or Canadian Securities Course and eligible to be registered to sell mutual funds
  • Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP) or eligibility to obtain
