Accommodation Services Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at the Government of Canada - Western. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our accommodation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure effective delivery of accommodation services.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure materials and supplies, and with clients to utilize facilities.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and improvement in accommodation services.
Requirements
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
