Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter Assistant to join our team at Strength Of Colours Painting Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will assist our painters in various tasks related to painting and decorating projects.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Support medical examiners and other team members as needed.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, and Indigenous people.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
