Principal, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

At Normandin Beaudry Consulting actuaries inc., we are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are seeking a Principal, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

About the Role

The Principal, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will play a key role in developing and implementing DEI initiatives within our clients' organizations and internally. This includes developing a global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy aligned with our clients' strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs and workshops on DEI-related topics for all levels of our clients' organizations.
  • Coach executives and management teams to guide them in adopting DEI good practices.
  • Collect and analyze data on workforce diversity, identify trends and propose corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external organizations, networks and communities to strengthen DEI initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in human resources, management, gender studies, sociology or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 to 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the DEI field within consulting services.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to prepare reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Thorough understanding of issues related to cultural diversity, gender and sexual orientation.
