**Job Summary**

The Senior Specialist, Automotive Partner Marketing is a key role within SiriusXM, responsible for identifying opportunities and providing marketing support to increase SiriusXM exposure and customer awareness within partner-owned properties.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan and execute OEM marketing initiatives with all automotive partners in Canada, ensuring alignment with SiriusXM's business objectives.
  • Coordinate training support within partner-owned platforms and promote the SiriusXM dealer training platform to enhance customer engagement.
  • Drive stronger conversion and retention rates by integrating with partner Customer Relationship Management (CRM) communications, leveraging data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Maintain, update, and increase inclusion on partner websites as well as SiriusXM automotive webpages, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop opportunities for social media collaboration, owner app integration, and in-vehicle messaging, fostering a strong online presence.
  • Coordinate integration within partner events such as Auto Shows, product launches, consumer-facing events, etc., to showcase SiriusXM's offerings.
  • Administer and track OEM cooperative marketing budgets where applicable, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Track, order, distribute, and manage inventory to ensure OEM partnership teams have assets on hand for campaigns, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate automotive marketing activities, including the development and distribution of point-of-sale collateral, event merchandise, print materials, digital media assets, to support partner marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with external advertising and design agencies to develop exciting and effective partner marketing campaigns, aligning with SiriusXM's brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with internal cross-functional departments to ensure project execution timeliness, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Organize materials for proofing, translation, printing, and fulfillment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Build strong relationships with automotive manufacturers, agencies, and vendors, establishing trust and credibility.

**Requirements**

  • College or university degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience in automotive (preferred), media, telecommunication, or electronic sectors.
  • Experience working with high-value partners, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Valid driver's license and suitable vehicle for travel.
  • Valid passport and ability to accommodate travel across North America (10 – 15% of the time).
  • Capacity to work some evenings and weekends.
  • Computer skills including expertise in Google Suite of Services, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management, project management, organization, and administrative skills.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and GAAP accounting principles.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
