Floor Installation Specialist

At Capital Floor, we are seeking a skilled Floor Installation Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

This role involves installing various types of flooring, including hardwood, vinyl, and resilient tiles. You will work independently, but also collaborate with other installation teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

You will be responsible for inspecting and measuring surfaces, preparing and installing floors, removing existing coverings, and conducting quality control checks. Your expertise in reading blueprints and specifications will be valuable assets in this position.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent education;
  • Willingness to train and gain experience in the field;

Work Environment
