Job Title: Display Centre Manager

Pollard Windows & Doors is a leading Canadian manufacturer of windows and doors, with a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Display Centre Manager to join our team in Burlington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, hire, train, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to drive business growth.
  • Participate in weekly credit meetings to ensure timely payments and customer account management.
  • Monitor team performance, evaluate customer relationships, and implement actionable plans to address gaps and needs.
  • Communicate goals and objectives to the team and ensure customer satisfaction benchmarks are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in sales, preferably in the windows and doors or building materials industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and travel to customer sites.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn technical skills related to our products.
