  • Consistently execute brand standards, maintaining store merchandising standards, and staying current on new products.
  • Ensure execution of operational policies and procedures, and communicate brand strategy to the team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation
  • Detail-oriented and uses critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of operational components.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service and/or retail experience
  • Previous leadership experience of 1+ years
