Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

About This Role

This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and coordinating their activities to ensure seamless kitchen operations. In addition, you will be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform budgeting and planning decisions
  • Develop and implement processes to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
