At Quindell Builders Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing estimates of labour and/or material costs, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials. You will also schedule and coordinate work on sites, maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. You will be required to work at heights, in dusty environments, and outdoors. A steel-toed safety boot, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, and safety vest are essential tools for this role.
