We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Wealth Solutions team as an Senior Investment Administration Coordinator. Located in Guelph, Ontario, this role will provide client service support and accurate database management for processing, recording, and managing all investment-related paperwork and data requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify trade details and ensure accuracy before entering purchases into the system.
  • Communicate with accounting on relevant transactions.
  • Manage and update account changes in a timely manner.
  • Assist Relationship Managers in managing ongoing workflow of investment-related paperwork.
  • Correspond with registered plan trustee regarding registered accounts and required paperwork.
  • Perform trade reviews as required by the business for all investment trade periods.
  • Maintain and balance records across Fundserv (SGGG) platform and Skyline records on Financial Sales Cloud (FSC).
  • Deliver outstanding service to internal and external partners in an efficient and effective manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate has excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. Experience with database management, financial document interpretation, and CRM software is highly valued. A strong sense of confidentiality and integrity is essential.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum three years' experience in financial services customer service and administrative support.
  • Completion of Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) would be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of Fundserv and Mutual Fund or Exempt Market Investment administration is beneficial.

The salary for this position is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, RSP match program, paid volunteer day, on-going training, and growth potential within our organization.
