About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Young Family. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing companionship and care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Companionship: Engage in regular conversations, activities, and exercises with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Light Housekeeping and Meal Preparation: Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry, and prepare nutritious meals for clients.
  • Personal Care: Provide personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed.
  • Shopping and Errands: Accompany clients on shopping trips and run errands as required.
Requirements
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
