Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Office Administrator to join our team at Technow Consultancy Services Inc. in London, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring smooth office administration and providing exceptional support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee and direct the daily activities of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the management team, handling tasks such as email management, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless interaction with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, including negotiation, renewal, and termination, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Access, and MS Office.
