Pizza Hut - Mahogany Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut - Mahogany. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment.
