Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining office procedures and routines. This includes scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and electronic inquiries, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.

You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, as well as typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, be a team player, and possess a client-focused approach. You should also have experience working with government programs and be able to communicate effectively in English.

In terms of education, you should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Your work experience should include at least 1 year in a similar role, with a permanent employment duration.
