Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Loan Processing Administrator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our financial services operations team, you will be responsible for processing electronic payments, loan and cheque deposits, and other payment-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process electronic payments, loan and cheque deposits
  • Process outgoing payments, including RFTS and cheque requests
  • Initiate outgoing wires
  • Complete internal transfers
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements
  • Previous hands-on experience processing payments
  • Working experience in financial services and/or investment operations
  • Bachelor's or College degree preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and investigation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work overtime when required
  • Ability to work a few days in the office in the Kitchener Waterloo region every week
