Regulated Bioanalyst

At Pharmascience, we are seeking a highly skilled Regulated Bioanalyst to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory, you will be responsible for performing quantitative analysis of drug molecules in biological matrices for pharmacokinetic, bioequivalence, and bioavailability studies.

Responsibilities:

• Independently perform regulated bioanalysis, including quantitative analysis of drug molecules in biological matrices.
• Assist in method development and validation of LC/MS/MS bioanalytical methods for protein precipitation, liquid-liquid extraction, and solid phase extraction.
• Have a basic understanding of integration parameters and know when and how to reinject samples or reintegrate sample chromatograms.
• Compile data and prepare validation sheets and validation plans.
• Set up and start routine analyses independently, including familiarity with basic HPLC and MS troubleshooting procedures.
• Complete all specified training modules for sample extraction and cleaning, optimization of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry conditions, data review, and report writing.
• Review and update Biolab SOPs and forms assignments.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in regulated bioanalysis or other relevant experience. A minimum B.A./B.S. degree in chemistry or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, is also required.
