Job Title: Culinary Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Leader to join our team at Harbourview Inn & Suites.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and throughout the hotel.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve excellent results.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation.
Compensation Package

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
