Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at approximately $70,000 to $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Responsibilities
  • Main Job Functions:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations, prioritizing employee safety above all else.
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, blending chemicals to customer specifications as required.
  • Co-ordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments of products and containers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Participate in incident investigations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Perform pre-and post-trip inspections, accurately recording maintenance and repair activities.
  • Foster effective communication among colleagues, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Assist with shop and yard operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with safe driving skills and a clean driver's abstract.
  • Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy loads as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and guide colleagues.
  • Skilled problem-solver with excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

Working Conditions

This position requires:

  • 15 days on-site work followed by 6 days off.
  • 24-hour on-call shifts during working hours.
  • Living near the base of employment is mandatory.
  • Pre-employment medical testing is required.
  • Adaptability to work in various weather conditions.
