About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of the Experiences leadership team, you will be responsible for participating in enterprise-level decision-making on resources and investments, providing accurate reporting to inform strategic decisions, and leading financial planning processes. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving business success and ensuring financial goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning processes, track performance indicators, and provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Align team members on specific funding proposals and collaborate with leadership to advise and manage budgets across all projects and titles.
  • Support leadership in making investment and project decisions, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
  • Update financial visibility outlook, risk, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Improve internal finance workflows to enhance partnerships and collaboration.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks, collaborating with business leadership to maintain financial goals and objectives.
  • Balance priorities and find creative solutions to achieve results.
  • Recruit and develop a successful, inclusive team.
  • Influence, motivate, and collaborate with team members to drive business success.

Qualifications

  • 15 or more years' experience in senior finance roles, with a focus on executive leadership and team success.
  • Proven ability to resolve complex business issues through relationships and collaboration.
  • Experience working in game development and marketing is preferred, but not required.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis, with a strong track record of evaluating performance metrics and implementing action plans.
  • Ability to work at scale, using tools, processes, and teamwork to drive business results.
